The Alconbury Weald Big Summer Bash is a family-focused day of fun. It celebrates the use of the cricket pitch for the first time, which is a major milestone at Alconbury Weald. Urban&Civic is passionate about wellbeing and sports, particularly cricket. That’s why the cricket pitch is a key part of the new development at Alconbury Weald.

On the day there will be activities for all to enjoy, including a 20/20 cricket match, cricket sessions for children, a special cricket-themed baking competition, live music and a range of food and drink stalls.

Former England cricket stars Charlotte Edwards and Lydia Greenway will be helping to inspire the next generation to take up cricket.

Everybody is welcome, and there is plenty on offer for children and adults.
