Geoff was a Club official for an incredible 64 years and was well known in the local cricket community. He became Treasurer in 1954, then combined the posts of Treasurer and Secretary from 1968 until 1974 – at this time he relinquished the post of Treasurer but remained as Club Secretary ever since.
