Congratulations to Cricket East’s Head of Performance Shaftab Khalid who has been selected to play for Bedfordshire County Cricket Club’s First XI in the coming season and will be attending training sessions this month.
In his role as Head of Performance, Shaftab is currently creating a pathway within the Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire County Age Groups to Bedfordshire U25s and Bedfordshire CCC First XI.
Shaftab has put forward the following players to train with himself and the Bedfordshire First team in March:
Musa Ilyas (Beds Under 17s)
George Whitcombe (Beds Under 17s)
Rowan Pollitt (Beds Under 17s)
Ali ul Haq (Beds Under 17s)
Patrick Harrington (Hunts Under 18s)
Jack Mousley (Beds Under 17s Lead Coach) will also be training with the First Team.
