EPP Latest Cohort Announced...
Cricket East Boys Pathway Lead & EPP Head Coach Luke Swann has this week announced the new EPP intake for 2022. Following a lengthy Talent ID process which involved coaches observing players across the summer at matches and practice, plus two EPP trial sessions in October a group of 13 players from across the Huntingdonshire and Bedfordshire have been selected.
Luke Swann said: “We have a really exciting group of players on this EPP intake who cover all bases across the disciplines between them. We look forward to working with the players across the winter and supporting their development into next season”.
The EPP (Emerging Player Programme) is the flagship programme of the performance pathway, it comprises of the highest potential players from across the player pathway(s). These players are then provided with high performance coaching sessions lead by ECB UKCC Level 3 & 4 coaches, professional strength & conditioning and sports performance psychology.
