Cricket East

In partnership with St Neots Town Football Club, Astrea Sixth Form (St Neots), and Eaton Socon Cricket Club we are delighted to support a cricket scholarship programme. This is unique in its approach as it offers a first class Sixth Form education combined with an elite development programme working on improving you as a cricketer as well as upskilling your knowledge around the sport industry including entry level cricket (and potentially other sports) coaching qualifications.

There are currently no programmes in the UK that offers an A level/BTEC Sixth Form education while at the same time provide an elite development pathway. As part of the programme, there will be opportunities to train at a first class cricket facility through Northamptonshire County Cricket Club working in partnership with Cricket East.

Other aspects of the programme include integrated fitness & academic timetable, athletic development through testing and analysis, individual performance enhancement plans, as well as access to gym facilities and qualified personal trainer support.

Please note - the Cricket Scholarship is an Elite Development Programme and will not deter from representing your own local cricket club
