Several local clubs have already benefitted from the £1000 grant to fund a project to digitise their clubhouse or improve catering facilities and make their club a more inviting place.

Cricket Clubs in Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire that have made successful applications to the Fund include Eaton Socon, Houghton & Wyton, Southill Park, St Ives & Warboys, Elstow, Ickwell and Godmanchester. Items that have been purchased with their Cricket World Cup funding have included picnic benches, BBQ’s, patio furniture, coffee machines and broadband services – all aimed at enhancing the CWC experience at their club!

If your club would like to apply for the CWC Club Fund – first, register on the CWC website, then download an application form, complete it and email it to clubfund2019@ecb.co.uk with invoices. Any questions about the process, please contact your Club & Community Manager.
