Job Title: Head of Talent Pathway

Location: Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire (Office in St Neots)

Remuneration: £32,000-£34,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Expenses

Cricket East is searching for a Full Time, Head of Talent Pathway - to lead our Boys and Girls Performance Pathways across Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire.

Cricket East is passionate about developing the best young cricketers possible across both its Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire pathways. The counties are aiming to create a seamless pathway from All Stars Cricket through to the First Class and International arena. Collaborating with clubs, schools and coaches, the aim is to identify a broad base of talent across the counties and then support and nurture that talent as well as supporting the individual within the programme providing not only Cricket Skills but personal skills for life.

In this role, the The Head of Talent Pathway will lead the delivery of the Cricket East Talent Pathway strategy to identify and develop the highest potential cricketers for the Cricket East counties and England.
