Girls from the Iqra Academy in Peterborough have just completed the Activator Coaching module as part of the Young Leaders in Cricket qualification.
This is their second module, having completed a Team Building module earlier in the year at Grafham Water Outdoor Centre near Huntingdon which has been built into the qualification.
It is hoped the girls will complete the rest of the modules over the coming months and they will then have the opportunity to volunteer within their local community including at the Gladstone Academy and Wicketz Hubs that run in Peterborough. This will help Peterborough’s focus to integrate its communities for which the City has also received a national focus.
