It was a fantastic event – all the coaches learned about strength and conditioning, fielding drills, fast bowling, leadership and how to find talented cricketers.

This also gave them opportunity to engage with other coaches from Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire as well as Northamptonshire county age group coaches.
