Developing confident & competent cricketers
In conjunction with our Hotshots programme, which is the start of the performance pathway for boys at u11 & u12 across Cricket East, we are offering 2 free workshops for coaches to come along and further their understanding and how they can help develop more confident and competent cricketers.
Competent and confident cricketers is what we ask clubs to look for when asked to put names forward for the Hotshots programme, but what does that look like?
This session is aimed at addressing that question and to showcase some simple yet effective activities that will make players more competent within their cricketing skills and also enhance their confidence, using some of the latest coach education techniques.
Although the sessions are focussing on those two age groups, if you coach with different age groups (including girls) and would like to come along, then please sign up to one of the sessions below if you feel this will benefit them/you (both sessions are the same so attendance at one is all that is required)
The sessions are being delivered by our ECB Level 3 coaches, Brad Matthews and Will Sneath and are free.
