for clubs who signed up for All Stars and Dynamos this year
Please find below some important information regarding rebates for All Stars Cricket and Dynamos Cricket programmes. The ECB have sent this information to all listed programme leads but please ensure you pass it on to anyone else required within your centre.
NATIONAL PROGRAMMES CENTRE REBATES
A further reminder that to minimise the impact on centres and to help support them through this difficult time, the ECB will be issuing all centres that are impacted a one-off rebate to cover their portion of the income split up to the recommended retail price (£40) for refunded participants. As part of the refund process, it is possible that Stripe has charged a processing fee – if this is the case, the ECB will cover this in the aforementioned rebate. For detail on the process and timing for each programme, please see below.
DYNAMOS CRICKET REBATES
For those centres who we hold correct bank details for, we will be issuing payments this week and we will send these centres an email to inform them that the Dynamos Cricket rebate, based on the number of participants on the course has been paid. Please note that payment is based on a retail price per participant of up to £40 minus the £15 ECB portion.
In undergoing the process, we have noticed that we do not hold correct bank details for a number of clubs and will be emailing the treasurer of these clubs asking them to complete a form to update their details.
This form will need to be signed, password protected and emailed back to clubfinance@ecb.co.uk after which we will make payment in the coming weeks.
ALL STARS CRICKET REBATES
Club rebates for All Stars Cricket programmes will be issued towards the end of October once the majority of programmes have been run, and all clubs have cancelled or rescheduled their programmes.
Please note that payment is based on a retail price per participant of up to £40 minus the £35 ECB portion.
Please note, that all clubs that intend to cancel their programme need to do so by 30th September 2020, or they will not be eligible for the rebate. Clubs cancelling their programme need to inform the All Stars Cricket Helpdesk so they can process refunds for that centre.
