Cain is an experienced coach and has been working closely with us with the Chance to Shine programme in previous years as well as supporting some of the other community programmes.

Cain has plenty of experience working across the community within school environments and his great enthusiasm for the role to inspire the next generation of cricketers was key in our decision to appoint him as a performance & community coach.”
