Job Title: Luton Wicketz Development Officer

Responsible to: Cricket East and The Lord’s Taverners

Remuneration: £23,500 - £25,500 Depending on Experience + Expenses

The Opportunity:

In this role you will be the lead of one of Wicketz’s largest projects. We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual who can deliver social impact through sport. This is a sports development role, focused on creating positive outcomes for young people through cricket. The Wicketz Development Officer will be responsible for engaging young people who face disadvantage and inequality of opportunity, to become active members at local community Wicketz hubs. Each Wicketz hub must successfully deliver a programme that enhances participant’s mental and physical wellbeing as well as developing skills that will help them fulfill their potential.
