Our Vision, Mission and Values
Our Vision – Our work enriches the lives of individuals within Bedfordshire & Huntingdonshire and drives positive social change.
Our Mission - To empower individuals, unite communities, nurture talent, and promote equality, inclusivity, and diversity through a range of accessible cricketing opportunities.
Our Values - Inclusive, Inspiring, Collaborative, Innovative, Excellence
How Do We Deliver This?
We work across two main areas.
Participation and Growth –
Our recreational pathway has offers within both primary and secondary schools, Disability Cricket initiatives, Community programmes alongside key partners, and supporting our 140 cricket clubs/teams across Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire. We focus much of our work around promoting the Women and Girls game as well as supporting our diverse communities.
Performance Cricket –
Our talent pathway starts from hotshots (Under 10) all the way through to 18 years of age. We have over 350 young cricketers across our pathway, with boys and girls training in the winter months and competing in the summer. We also run an emerging player programme and girls advanced player programme for our most talented players to aid their continued development to reach their highest potential.
