"Wicketz is really good partly because it is not school based so it gives Calum a different circle of friends. He loves the whole experience. At school he has been able to show other people how to play -this made him really proud and was just so great for his leadership skills and confidence. I have noticed that his social skills have improved too." Alison Tompkins, Mum of Calum
"Wicketz is beyond value. It is really special and has huge value not only in the sport but also in the social aspect. Ahmed has met new friends here and also introduced his friends to cricket." Jamiel Kahn father of Ahmed
"We really appreciate the chances that Wicketz offers. Aaron tried another club for a short time but really lost confidence and morale while he was playing there. Now he is playing with Wicketz he is a totally different person. His coach is a great motivator and Aaron's self-esteem and confidence have grown - it even affects his studies." Lavita d'Souza, mother of Aaron (10)
"Rhys started playing cricket a year ago, without Wicketz he would not have had the opportunity to play a game he now loves. He has made good friends in the club and persuaded some of his friends to come along too. Going to the Wicketz residential festival last year for three days on his own gave him the opportunity to be with people he had not met before, all from different places with different backgrounds. He still talks about it a lot and he really grew in confidence there. We went to the Oval recently and some of the older boys he met at the festival from the London clubs were there waving and calling his name - it made him feel really good! Later they helped him and the younger ones get players signatures. A real club!" Clare, Mum of Rhys (9)
