Attendees’ physical ability for the course. All attendees need to be physically fit and able to perform practical events such as the CPR and recovery position on the floor. In the case of a temporary injury or condition, an attendee can defer the practical elements until such time as they are able to perform the practical elements. A candidate must be able to perform CPR on the floor as part of the assessment. If they are unable to do this, an attendance certificate (so not one of competence) can be issued instead.
