Club Safeguarding Officers are vital members of the club and key to making an environment safe, welcoming and friendly for children to enjoy the game of cricket.
ECB Safe Hands Workshops will run in advance of each season
The below courses are for both 'NEW' and 'EXISTING' Club Safeguarding Officers.
Please register using your full name, as it appears on your DBS certificate (if you have one) and ensure you register using an email address that is unique to you.

Is your CSO Compliant?
Training for a Club Safeguarding Officer comprises of THREE elements:
- ECB Safe Hands for Club Safeguarding Officers (Certificate dated within the last 3 years)
- ECB Safeguarding for committee members & club safeguarding officers online module (Certificate dated within the last 3 years). More information can be found HERE
- Valid/Current ECB DBS Check (Certificate dated within the last 3 years)
All 3 elements must all be in date at the same time for your club's CSO to be complaint. The ECB Safe Hands Workshop and Safeguarding Course are two different courses to avoid any confusion.
