Children think and feel differently to adults. It is important to be aware of this and know how to communicate with children while showing them that you are listening to what they are saying.
The biggest driver of activity for young people is enjoyment. We need to listen more to children and young people and involve them in decision making to create the type of experiences they want.
By embedding "Listening to Children" in our cricket clubs, we develop and support young people to speak out about unsafe situations.
