County Age Group Pathway 13 to 18 - (School Years 8 to 13)
Our County Age Group Pathway running from school years 8 to 13 is aimed at providing talented local players with opportunities and access to cricket to improve in a performance environment. We have multiple opportunities for players to be able to access the programme, and observations take place annually over several months of Talent Identification before players are signposted either to County Training Squads, or Development Hubs.
In the summer months, players can be selected to play for County Age Group representative teams no matter where they have previously been signposted to in the pathway, for example a development hub player who has improved throughout the winter can be selected in the same way a player from the County Training squad is eligible for selection.
