Women's Indoor Cricket League
With the support of the committee of the Bedfordshire Indoor League the newly formed Women's Softball League will be continuing in the new season starting in November.
Last year we had 11 teams take part:
- Ampthill Town
- Bedford
- Elstow
- Flitwick
- Ickwell
- Lutonians
- Luton Town & Indians
- Luton Women & Girls
- Olney Town
- Southill Park
- Waresley
And we hope to expand this list this year.

Women's Softball League
Last season saw us run our first Women's Softball League. The league was a huge success and saw us finish the season with a finals day where the top 4 teams competed to decide the 2024 champion.
Details for the competition
8 a-side
16 overs, pairs cricket - each batting pair is "in" for 4 overs
Loss of 5 runs for every wicket lost
Each team has to use a minimum of 4 bowlers
Limit to 1 County Performance Player per team, no restrictions on County Development Players

Home Counties Women's Leagues
The Serious Cricket Home Counties Women's Cricket League has been created to promote and encourage participation of Women's club cricket in Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.

The vision of this league is for it to grow year on year which will mean it will provide clubs with a high quality offer for both recreational and competitive matches.
